This is Jackson, my dog-child. Jackson heralds from the Atlanta Pet Rescue Adoption Agency. Jackson joined our family in November of 2007, after a short stint with the pound. His original owners had tied him to a tree and moved away. Thankfully, some big-hearted neighbors heard his cries, and reported him to animal control - who in turn, reported him to the APR - who in turn, put his cute and irresistable picture on their website just a few days prior to our decision to adopt a dog.
Fate, I call it. I also call it love. He's the best - we are blessed.

A SAD UPDATE:  We lost Jackson on August 12, 2013 to  a sudden and devastating disease.  He remains in our hearts - and forever will.  Bless you, sweet boy.  We'll meet you at the Rainbow Bridge someday.
